▶ What can we rent with mobility Mallorca?
Mobility Mallorca specialises in mobility aid hire. We offer electric scooters, wheelchairs, bathing aids, vehicles for transporting people in wheelchairs and many more items available on our website.
▶ Can you deliver to my hotel in Mallorca?
We offer delivery all over Mallorca. For this extra service the client must send us from the form on the web in the comments section: the complete address and the name of the hotel with all the necessary data and upon receipt of the request we will send you by e-mail the amount of the delivery depending on the location.
▶ Can I pay in cash?
You can pay in cash only in shop and at the airport, deliveries to hotels are made with a previous payment, the user will receive all the bank details to proceed.
▶ Where will we meet at the airport?
When you leave you should call us on (+34) 697 40 23 52 to send our delivery driver who will take approximately 15 minutes, you should go straight to the building opposite (public car park) where the rental cars are collected and when you arrive at the bottom of this building on the left hand side wait for the HERTZ rent a car sign.
▶ And the return to the airport?
The same procedure; call us 15 minutes before arrival and wait at the HERTZ sign and the deposit will be refunded if it was paid in cash. If the deposit was paid by credit card, the amount will be automatically released by the bank.
▶ Will I receive my electric scooter or other item at the hotel?
If you request delivery and proceed to the previous payment, the company will deliver to the date you wish to receive the user, the schedule varies depending on our routes and we usually deliver the day before your arrival available at the hotel reception so that when you arrive you can enjoy your electric scooter, wheelchair or any item you had requested from our website.
▶ Is a deposit paid?
Yes, a deposit is paid by credit card for deliveries, a simple procedure, it is an amount blocked in your bank account (it is not charged, only retained for security purposes). The amount varies depending on the item and the bank itself is responsible for automatically unblocking the operation and usually varies about 2 weeks from the first day of the procedure.
